Project Overview
This is a demo Support Calling System developed using Laravel and Twilio, designed to showcase my ability to integrate real-time voice functionality into web applications. Users can make and receive calls directly from the system.
The system includes a manual DND (Do Not Disturb) mode — when enabled, the user will not be able to make or receive calls, simulating real-world support availability control.
Perfect for customer support, helpdesk, or internal communication scenarios, this demo is a practical example of what’s possible with Laravel and Twilio.
